For 80 years, ASCO has been bringing people together through languages, education, culture and international exchange.
As we celebrate our 80th anniversary, we want to do something special.
We're creating a unique project role for a native level English speaker who is creative, enthusiastic and excited about developing new ideas.
This is not a traditional teaching position.
Instead, we're looking for someone who can create inspiring English-language experiences for children, young people and adults, helping people to use English naturally, confidently and enjoyably.
Some projects may develop into established programmes. Others may simply be exciting experiments. We believe not every idea needs to be perfect from the beginning. Sometimes the best approach is simply to try something new and see where it leads.
That's why we're looking for someone who enjoys creativity, community engagement and turning ideas into reality.
Please note: As this role involves activities at different locations and close collaboration with our local community, a valid driving licence and a willingness to relocate to the Coburg area are required.
A Language Experience Creator helps people experience English beyond the classroom.
You might run an English conversation café, organise activities for children, develop creative holiday programmes, support events in our kindergarten, deliver workshops, launch community initiatives or create entirely new formats that nobody has tried before.
No two weeks will be the same.
And that's exactly how we want it.
Working closely with our team, you will develop, organise and deliver a wide variety of English-language projects, activities and events.

We're looking for someone who:
A formal teaching qualification is not essential.
For us, personality, creativity, communication skills and the ability to inspire others are far more important.

Because that's exactly what this project is about:
